About:
Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) is a magnetic
resonance imaging method that can be used to
measure local information about the structure of
white matter pathways within the human brain.
Combining DTI data with the computational methods
of MR tractography, neuroscientists can estimate
the locations and sizes of nerve bundles (white
matter pathways) that course through the human
brain. DTI-Query allows neuroscientists to place
and interactively manipulate box-shaped regions
(or volumes of interest) to selectively display
pathways that pass through specc anatomical areas.
Release focus: Major feature enhancements
Changes:
Pathways are now stored in voxel space (untransformed). Inconsistencies in data storage across multiple platforms were fixed. In precomputation, the ability to specify an "output label" was added. Several bugs in lookup tables were fixed. The ability to cycle backwards through images was added. When loading new background images, you can now append to the current set of images or replace the existing set. The name of the current background image is now displayed. The ability to specify an arbitrary "output prefix" was added.
