About:
ULI is a command line interface that you can embed in your CGI scripts and Web servers. The command line service is then available to IRC bots, Jabber bots, the Unix command line shell, and even other Web sites. ULI is accessible by POST HTTP requests (with the key "uli") or through XML-RPC (as the function "uli"). The project includes Python modules, sample services, and tools.
