Hi! We of course hope that everyone would register as it makes supporting the product a lot easier, as such registration is required on JasperForge.org. However, JasperSoft downloads are available from the various SourceForge.net projects without registration, here for JasperReports, for example, http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=36382.
