[»] gcompris (great!)
by Rcofreitas - Dec 4th 2001 20:58:07

This project is just fantastic! And according to my daughter (she got started with gcompris when she was 3 - now 4!) it lacks just ONE thing!
Backgroung music!
She's always asking me:"Where's the music?"
It's difficult to grab their (the kids) without music!

TKS for this great job!

Ricardo C.O. Freitas

Please, check the latest version. There is an amazing intro music and now several boards do have speaken voice for letters, numbers, colors, and concratulations.
These voices are available for english, french, spanish and german.

Just an idea: how about to build in the ability to play music CDs while the program is running? For example, there could simply be buttons "play" and "stop" in the panel.
